Refund policy
Returns – Our policy for returns is 30 days upon purchase of products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we CANNOT offer you a refund or exchange. Also, please note our disclosure claim “if adverse reaction, discontinue.”
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and/or unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Refunds- Once your return is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund shall be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of approval.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days, first check with your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted. If after all this is done and you still haven’t received a refund, please contact us at habeebah@habeebahsherbals.com.
Gifts- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you shall receive a gift card in the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate shall be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we shall send the refund to the gift giver and she/he shall find out about the return.
Return Shipping- To return your product, mail it to Habeebah’s Herbals, Habeebah Muhammad, 2315 Martin Luther King Jr Ave SE, Washington, DC 20020.
You shall be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping shall be deducted from your refund.
When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we shall receive your returned item, nor are we responsible for lost returned item(s).
